Lonna : Just to help out by putting this arrival of denser energies into a context for you. We experienced another “download” of higher energy late last week and a further anchoring of our intentions to for living per our soul plan here in the New Earth. As a result any remaining old denser energies that were still residing within are being pushed up and out, resulting in the “flashbacks” of sorts in which we feel the heaviness of those old energies as they work there way up and out of us. Hang tight and do not despair, as this is just another passing phase on your way to even higher ground. love and light and I’ll be seeing you soon in our next coaching session.

Thanks for this reminder, and keeping us ‘attuned’ to the Divine Reality! I was starting to feel this fear energy creeping into my consciousness yesterday, and was NOT going to give it any power. Every moment we have an opportunity to either trust the universe or doubt the Divine Order of things….that is of course that we have put in clear request. I hold onto in the forefront of my consciousness all the inspirational visions that you helped me define in our last session. Looking forward to our next session at usual time.

Thank you for you sharing that . I had just watched the Matrix again last night and have always been intrigued by the Latin phrase on the plaque over the Oracles door, so your reference to that caught my attention. I have been contemplating how I might take some initial first steps to change my life and now I have an idea of how to proceed. You can’t turn your back on that kind of synchronicity.

Reading your blog feels comfortable, like talking to you. It’s energizing, thoughtful and invigorating, like you. Love how you start off with a story or song (yes, I was singing along to Gilligan’s theme song) and then move easily to a deeper and more reflective place. Thanks for the reconnection. I was needing a reconnection to my passion and values this evening and your site did the trick. Love the design of your home page. your A&D background shines through.
